Lisa Stone: My Journey…
“First of all I would like to thank our volunteer coordinator Julie Smith on making me feel so welcome on my first day of enquiring on a volunteer placement!
As I love working with children of all ages I knew this would be the place for me. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating to my needs! The training I have received so far has brought more of my confidence to light and the fact that is all free is amazing!
Julie Smith sends all online training to me so I can gain more qualifications which I think is amazing as well. Nowhere where I have been even in employment offer that.
I can’t fault Springfield Children’s Centre at all, my experience has been a total pleasure and I am proud to be part of their amazing team!”
