FUNDRAISING AND MARKETING OFFICER

Base Location: The Bridge, St Marks Road, Tipton

Murray Hall Community Trust is a charity operating across the West Midlands promoting and supporting health and wellbeing.  We advocate, facilitate empowerment, pioneer new solutions and delivering innovative services for stronger communities.

The main duties of the role is to advise on and implement effective ways to raise funds for the charity, including the development of supporters, the organisation of fundraising events and activities, applications for grants, corporate funding and donors; ways to market the charity including an understanding of our key subscribers, creating a compelling message, identifying and utilising appropriate marketing channels; proactively raising the profile of the charity via local and national media and digital channels and dealing with media issues.

Do you have the drive and ambition to help us to take our charity to the next level and have:

-          experience of working in a fundraising, marketing or media ideally in a charity or care environment;

-          good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders

-          a passion for supporting the delivery of services making a positive impact to the lives of individuals with a variety of needs
