Do you know someone who finds technology overwhelming?

Maybe a parent or grandparent whose unsure how-to video call the family, fill in forms online, or use a smartphone. Our new Cyber Smart workshops are here to help — and they’re completely free.

We offer friendly, hands-on digital support for anyone who wants to build confidence using phones, tablets, and computers. No experience is needed, and learners can go at their own pace with patient tutors by their side.

What We Cover

From everyday basics to more practical online tasks, we help people get to grips with:

  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

  • Accessing NHS services and Universal Credit

  • Video calling, social media, and apps

  • Online safety and privacy

  • Writing CVs and job applications

Workshops are available in flexible times, with support in different languages and accessibility options.

📞 Get in Touch

If you know someone who could benefit, or you're a provider who supports learners in the community, we’d love to hear from you.
